Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS and will have a tracking number. Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from when the order was placed. Please double check your shipping address as we are NOT responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, missing, lost or stolen. 

If your package says it was delivered, but you do not have it, we unfortunately are not responsible. In those cases we recommend asking your neighbors or heading to your local post office. Mail theft does happen so we highly encourage you always choose a safe shipping location that you are confident in.
